The first NOMA workshop was in Toulouse, France, 2007.
The second was in Urbino, Italy, 2009.
The third will be held in Évora, Portugal, 2011.
The workshop program will start in the morning of September 15 and will end in the evening of September 16. The conferences of the workshop will be given at the conference room of the Colégio do Espírito Santo in University of Évora, located in the historical centre of Évora. The official language of the workshop is English.
