REPRESENTATIONS OF QUIVERS
Orador: Jerzy Weyman (University of Connecticut)
Resumo: In this talk I will describe the basics of quiver representations. Quiver is just an oriented
graph and its representation (over a field K) is attaching a vector space to each vertex and a linear
map to each arrow. I will discuss the structure of quiver representations and the goal is to describe a
Gabrial Theorem which characterizes quivers for which the representation theory is “easy”, i.e. we
have only finitely many indecomposal representations.
